In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date these Terms were last updated and came into effect.

To register and maintain an Account on the 32jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all wagering activity, unless 32jl explicitly extends services to your jurisdiction.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register using your true, accurate, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the 32jl Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.
• You must not have been previously barred from the 32jl Platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may register only one Account. 32jl reserves the right to merge or suspend any duplicate accounts and recover bonuses claimed across duplicates.

32jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend your Account pending verification. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 32jl may result in permanent account closure.

Upon successful registration, 32jl will create an Account for you on the Platform. The following rules govern the use and maintenance of your Account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 32jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Accurate Information: You must ensure that all personal and payment information associated with your Account remains accurate and current. Notify 32jl support immediately of any changes to your registered details.
• Account Activity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 32jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee not exceeding ₱200 per month to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered email address.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any associated Balance to any other person.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 32jl may require identity verification at any stage, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.

32jl accepts deposits through a range of Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) one hundred (₱100), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own verified name. 32jl does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• 32jl does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply its own transaction fees. 32jl is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the funds are confirmed received by 32jl's payment processor, which is typically immediate for GCash and Maya transactions.
• 32jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Reversed deposits will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.
• All transactions on the 32jl Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Players with verified Accounts may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP two hundred (₱200).
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until the requesting Player has completed full KYC identity verification to 32jl's satisfaction. Players who have not completed KYC may still play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests via GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and other Philippine banks are typically processed within two to four (2–4) hours during business hours. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing, typically under five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. 32jl reserves the right to return funds to the deposit source as an AML requirement.
• Bonus Balance: Any active bonus balance remains subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Upon meeting wagering requirements, the converted real-money value becomes withdrawable.
• Fees: 32jl does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts below PHP fifty thousand (₱50,000). Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may be subject to a processing fee disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

32jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending enhanced due diligence reviews, AML compliance checks, or verification of wagering activity compliance. Players will be notified of any such delay.

32jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. • Cashback Bonuses: Where cashback is offered, it is calculated on net gaming losses (total wagers minus total winnings) within the specified cashback period. Cashback credited as a result of bonus wagering losses may not be eligible for further cashback in the same period.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 32jl Platform across all game categories, including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, sabong, sports betting, and poker:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 32jl system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or credit, 32jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings paid as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be recovered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 32jl Platform. Engaging in any restricted activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using another individual's identity or fictitious information.
• Using another person's payment method without their express consent, or receiving deposits from third parties into your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, game providers, or 32jl employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 32jl Platform for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting known software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in games or the 32jl platform to generate winnings or circumvent security controls.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, or copying any part of the 32jl Platform or its proprietary software.
• Accessing the 32jl Platform via a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or appear to be in a permitted jurisdiction when you are not.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 32jl staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

32jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become a problem for a minority of players, and we take our obligations to support player wellbeing seriously.

32jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the 32jl Platform.

• Account Cooling-Off: You may request a temporary account suspension of one to seven (1–7) days to take a break from gambling without committing to formal self-exclusion.

• 32jl's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 32jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost profits, or loss of data.
• 32jl shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
• 32jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that identified defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 32jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Either 32jl or the Player may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 32jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.
• 32jl-Initiated Suspension: 32jl may immediately suspend your Account without notice if it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, prohibited activity, or regulatory compliance requirements.
• 32jl-Initiated Closure: Following a suspension investigation, 32jl may permanently close your Account. In cases of confirmed fraud or material Terms breach, 32jl reserves the right to forfeit your entire Account Balance. In cases where closure is not due to Player misconduct, your verified real-money Balance will be refunded.
• Regulatory Closure: 32jl may be required to close accounts or restrict services in response to PAGCOR directives or applicable law. In such cases, refund procedures will comply with PAGCOR requirements.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 32jl:

1. First Step — Direct Resolution: Players must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting 32jl customer support through the live chat or email channels. 32jl aims to resolve all support-level disputes within forty-eight (48) hours.
2. Second Step — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved through customer support, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to 32jl's compliance team at the email address listed in Section 15. 32jl will respond to formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days.
3. Third Step — PAGCOR: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting 32jl's internal resolution process, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process above.

32jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to amendments:

• Material amendments to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the 32jl Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
• Non-material amendments (such as clarification of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or adjustments required by regulatory changes with immediate effect) may take effect immediately upon publication.
• The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 32jl.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect.
• Your continued use of the 32jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
