The data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the 32jl Platform is the operator of 32jl.app, a company operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Republic of the Philippines ("32jl," "we," "us," "our").
As the data controller, 32jl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

32jl employs age verification procedures during the account registration and KYC process to confirm that all Players meet the minimum age requirement. Registration submissions indicating that the applicant is under 21 years of age are rejected, and the submitted data is securely deleted.
If 32jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under the age of 21 — whether through a fraudulent registration or any other means — 32jl will immediately suspend the account, securely delete the personal data, and, where required, report the matter to PAGCOR. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has submitted personal data to 32jl, please contact the DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 32jl:
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether 32jl processes your personal data, and to receive a copy of that data in a readable format, along with information about how it is processed.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data 32jl holds about you. Standard contact and account details can be updated directly in your Account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected, where you have withdrawn consent, or where processing is unlawful — subject to 32jl's legal retention obligations.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest grounds, including for direct marketing purposes. Objection to marketing processing will be honored immediately.
If you believe 32jl has violated your data rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We always encourage contacting the 32jl DPO first to seek resolution directly.
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to the 32jl Data Protection Officer via the contact details in Section 14. 32jl will respond to all rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Requests may require identity verification before processing to ensure data is not released to unauthorized parties.
Some of 32jl's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and certain game providers — may process personal data on servers located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 32jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to at least the same standard required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
